These Terms & Conditions constitute the full legal agreement between you and bv999g governing your access to and use of the bv999g platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

5.2 Cricket Betting. Cricket markets on bv999g, including PSL, international matches, and domestic T20 competitions, are subject to bv999g's Sports Betting Rules. Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are guaranteed at those odds unless the relevant event has already commenced at the time of placement (in which case the current in-play price applies). bv999g reserves the right to void bets on markets affected by verifiable data errors.

5.4 Live Casino. Live dealer games operate in real time using professional video streams. Once a bet has been confirmed on a live casino table, it cannot be cancelled or amended. 11.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bv999g's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their bv999g account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Consequential Loss. In no event shall bv999g be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if bv999g has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.1 By bv999g. bv999g reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bv999g has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required for regulatory, legal, or responsible gaming reasons.
12.2 By the Player. You may close your bv999g account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Closure requests are subject to completion of any pending withdrawal obligations and final KYC clearance. Once closure is confirmed, re-registration under the same identity requires prior written approval from bv999g's compliance team.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your bv999g account for any reason, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds at the time of closure due to a breach of this Agreement shall be forfeited.
